Introductions...

Last weekend we all headed down to Grapevine so everyone could officially meet little Clara. We had a great time, especially the kids. Sophie was a bit jealous watching her mama cuddle with another baby, but she came around. And to quote Aidan, "I love baby Carla (pronounced "Care-la"). Me too, Ace...me too.

May I present....Miss Clara Jane Rhea

There are no words to describe what I witnessed over the last 24 hours. All I can say is that my sister-in-law is one of the strongest, bravest women I know! Clara Jane Rhea was born this morning at 9:45 a.m. She weighed 9lbs'7oz, was 22in. long, and is completely beautiful. Mom, Dad, and baby are all doing well and are (hopefully) resting after an extremely difficult labor. I put together a slideshow so I could show off my new niece! Enjoy!!

Here's Aidan's school picture for this year. The group that did them was so cool! They dress the kids up in 4 different outfits and do all kinds of poses and stuff....too cute!! Anyway, all of the pictures were precious, but this one really captured the essence of our Ace Rhea. Don't you think?
